Meet the Team - Mia Christian-Law

We’re thrilled to welcome Mia Christian-Law to the Connect2Hackney team! With a strong background in customer service and a clear passion for helping others, Mia brings energy, empathy and ambition to her new role. We sat down with her to learn more about her journey so far and what she's looking forward to as part of the team.

1. Tell us about your working background.
Most of my experience has been in customer service. I’ve worked as a customer service apprentice, in retail, as an air hostess, and also in both showroom hosting and service department roles.

2. What is your role at Connect2Hackney?
I’m a Resourcing and Customer Service Assistant.

3. What do you like about working in the recruitment industry?
I love knowing that I’m making a positive impact on people’s lives by helping them take the next step in their career journey.

4. What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
I’m looking forward to progressing in my career – and to making this role both financially and personally rewarding.

5. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy working out and spending quality time with my friends and family.

6. Any top tips for jobseekers?
Be confident and prepare yourself as best as possible – it makes all the difference.
